Our Mission

Our mission is to provide stigma-free care and support to individuals affected by substance use, guided by our faith-based love and compassion.

We aim to promote harm reduction strategies that prioritize the health, safety, and dignity of those we serve. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we strive to plant seeds of hope and empower individuals to overcome barriers in their care, regardless of their pathway of recovery.

Our Vision

To create a society where individuals affected by substance use are treated with compassion, understanding, and respect, in a stigma free environment and where harm reduction principles are embraced as an essential part of their care and support.

Services Provided

* We are committed to offering overdose prevention and response training to individuals and groups. We aim to provide outreach and formal training sessions, where we will educate people on how to use overdose response kits effectively. Our goal is to distribute naloxone as widely as possible, with the help of our partnership with LCDHD.

*We have partnered with Overdose Lifeline, Inc. to offer specialized training on reducing the shame and stigma associated with substance use. This training is customizable to meet the needs of different settings, and we would like to particularly focus on healthcare environments. Additionally, we plan to expand our offerings to include other substance use-related training soon. Please contact us to schedule a training.

*We offer basic harm reduction supplies with a low barrier to access. Our outreach team is available, and we can arrange to meet up and provide supplies. This is made possible through a partnership with the LCDHD Harm Reduction program. Keep an eye out for more information on upcoming services as we schedule outreaches and continue to expand.

*We are committed to meeting the needs of our community and we will continue to assess and change our goals as needed to meet those needs.

All services provided free of charge and without judgement.
